01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "phiery", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the phiery online gaming platform operated at phiery.cam, including all its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" means the phiery website, all associated mobile-accessible interfaces, game lobbies, live dealer systems, sports betting modules, and any other features or services made available through phiery.cam.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any natural person who has registered a phiery account or who accesses or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon completion of the phiery registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's phiery Account at any given time, including deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account by phiery subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the governmental body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by phiery and applicable Philippine regulations before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phiery Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with phiery's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and phiery. phiery recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional or game-specific terms, the promotional or game-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant promotion or game only.

03 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the phiery Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. phiery employs age verification procedures at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal request.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The phiery Platform is intended for use by persons located in the Philippines. Players accessing phiery from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law do so entirely at their own risk. phiery does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful or available in all jurisdictions.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one phiery Account. Duplicate accounts held by the same individual will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.

3.4 Other Restrictions

The following persons are not eligible to use the phiery Platform:

• Any person who has been self-excluded or excluded by phiery from the Platform;
• Employees of phiery or any of its affiliates, and their immediate family members;
• Any person acting as an agent, representative, or nominee of another person for the purpose of gambling on the Platform;
• Any person subject to a court order, regulatory direction, or legal restriction that prohibits participation in gambling activities.

04 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To use the full phiery Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number registered in the Philippines.

4.2 Account Verification

phiery reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — at any time and particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phiery login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available and strongly recommended by phiery;
• Log out of your phiery Account on any shared or public device after each session;
• Notify phiery's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or suspected compromise of your Account.

05 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Services

5.1 Deposits

phiery accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to the Player's phiery Account balance upon confirmed receipt by phiery's payment systems.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from a phiery Account is ₱200. All withdrawal requests are subject to phiery's KYC verification process. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be required to do so before any withdrawal is processed. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within one hour during regular operating hours. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within the same business day during banking hours.

5.3 Bonus Funds and Withdrawals

Bonus funds credited to a Player's phiery Account are subject to applicable wagering requirements. A Player may not withdraw bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game contributions for each bonus are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.

5.4 Fraudulent Transactions

phiery reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal that phiery reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made under false pretenses, in breach of these Terms, or in contravention of any applicable law or regulation. phiery may report suspicious financial activity to relevant Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, phiery offers bonuses and promotions to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as defined in each promotion's specific terms;
• phiery reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, or to withdraw any promotion, at any time with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms state otherwise;
• phiery reserves the right to decline or cancel a bonus claim if phiery reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms;
• Bonuses that expire before their wagering requirements are met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings;
• phiery reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity before paying out any winnings derived from bonus funds.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on phiery are governed by the game-specific rules published within each game interface and on relevant game information pages. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's on-screen display and phiery's server records, the server records shall be deemed definitive.

phiery uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all RNG-based games. The integrity of phiery's game outcomes is independently tested and certified. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for all games on the Platform represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment — cards, dice, and wheels — operated by trained dealers in professionally managed studios. phiery has no influence over individual live game outcomes beyond the design of the game rules.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phiery Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and may result in legal action and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one phiery Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the phiery Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Using phiery for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity in contravention of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines and related regulations;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security or technical protection measures on the phiery Platform;
• Making chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized reversals of legitimate deposits;
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your phiery Account or any funds held therein to another person.

09 Responsible Gaming

phiery is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated notifications when a session reaches a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary suspension of Account access for a defined period without permanently closing the Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or time-limited self-exclusion from the Platform at any time through Account settings or by contacting phiery's support team. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.
• Reality Checks: Regular session notifications showing elapsed play time and net financial position for the session.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the phiery Platform — including but not limited to the phiery brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to phiery and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phiery Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the phiery Platform without prior written authorisation from phiery.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phiery shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the phiery Platform, even if phiery has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phiery's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to phiery in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

A Player may close their phiery Account at any time by contacting phiery's support team via live chat. Any remaining balance of verified, withdrawable funds will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and pending transaction reviews.

12.2 Termination by phiery

phiery reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's Account with immediate effect if phiery determines, at its sole discretion, that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information to phiery;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct on the Platform;
• Continuation of the Account would expose phiery to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• Required by any applicable law, regulation, or order from a competent Philippine authority.

Where phiery terminates an Account for reasons other than the Player's breach of these Terms, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player. Where termination follows a finding of fraud or material breach, phiery reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance and pursue recovery of any amounts obtained through fraudulent conduct.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the phiery Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication via phiery's official support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Players who believe their dispute relates to regulatory compliance may also raise concerns with PAGCOR through official PAGCOR channels. phiery will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phiery reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, phiery will provide Players with reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the phiery Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page is the operative version. Previous versions are superseded in their entirety and are not binding.
